What you need to know

This is a user data deletion request. We will endeavour to complete the process as quickly as possible. This will take no longer than one calendar month as per GDPR regulation.

This is also in line with the Apple App and Google Play Stores’ privacy requirements. Alongside being able to create a URC account within the URC app, you also have the option to start the process for your account to be deleted.

Here’s the rundown of what will happen when you close your URC account:

• You’ll lose access to any logged-in areas of the URC app (for example, the ability to access exclusive content, such as URC TV, in-depth analysis and opinion articles, Player In Focus interviews and more).
• If you have a URC TV subscription, you’ll also be deleting your access to URC TV.Disclaimer: You may want to keep your URC account to access URC TV, or cancel your URC TV subscription first before deleting your URC account.
