**Coronavirus has disrupted every sport across the globe and with rugby temporarily on hold this has led to more discussions about the future organisation of the game.** Most pressingly, all leagues have been trying to figure out the best course of action for this season and next, but World Rugby has also stepped up meetings of its calendar working group in an attempt to align when the two hemispheres play the game in future. In effect, this would mean replacing the summer tour windows and holding a longer block of international matches in the autumn, with European leagues shifting to playing in the summer as a result. This prospect of summer rugby was the latest topic of discussion on the **Under The Sticks** podcast, with broadcaster and former Ospreys coach Sean Holley putting his view forward. “I just think my kids have grown up playing rugby here," said Holley. "All those days the parents have spent sodden on the sidelines, the kids have played in mud and soaking wet and cold, there is another way. “Being someone who’s played, coached and been a supporter in places like Australia and South Africa where you play games and it’s a bit more balmy. “There’s something just a little bit special about having a beer in shorts and a polo shirt on the side of the pitch.
