**Guinness PRO14 interviews brought to you by [Big Red Cloud](https://www.bigredcloud.com/)** **Part one of Sean Holley’s exclusive interview with Leinster head coach Leo Cullen** There are not many clubs that can match the success of Leo Cullen’s Leinster in recent seasons, with two Guinness PRO14 trophies and one as kings of Europe. Many have speculated about what’s driving the club, who are 13 from 13 this season, and last week Cullen sat down with Sean Holley to share his insight on the lockdown period, Leinster’s burgeoning academy and prodigiously-talented backroom team. Over the last week the good news has come thick and fast, with Saturday 22 August now officially targeted for the resumption of the 2019/20 season, and over the weekend the Leinster setup being cleared to resume training after producing zero positive Covid-19 results. “It’s been a trying time, for everyone, but it feels like we’re getting closer,” said Cullen. “We’ve used lots of different ways to communicate with the players and coaches. Zoom and Teams have been fantastic, and even when we go back, the way we’re going to have to meet as a group, we’re not going to be in a meeting room when we first get back, so this is going to be the norm for the short term. “Lots of the clubs have had the challenge of the overlap in seasons from a contractual perspective, so we’re making sure those guys are being kept in the loop in terms of what’s going on.
