**Former Wales and Cardiff centre Tom Shanklin believes his old region should build their game around the strengths of a back three headlined by British and Irish Lions wing Josh Adams.** Adams scored eight tries on the Lions’ tour of South Africa and will hope to carry that blistering form into the inaugural edition of the United Rugby Championship. And Shanklin - part of Premier Sports’ team of experts for the broadcaster’s URC coverage this season - thinks the 26-year-old, along with the likes of Matthew Morgan and Hallam Amos, could provide a platform to bring success to the capital region. On Adams, Shanklin said: “I think he's set the bar so high himself that he won't really drop below it. “His work rate is one of the best I've seen. He reads the game really well, he's very good under the high ball, very good at kicking. There's not many weaknesses to his game at all.
