**Josh Adams knows from first-hand experience just how good his Cardiff Blues and Wales squad colleague Jarrod Evans is.** The Blues backs are now part of Wales head coach Wayne Pivac's Guinness Six Nations squad preparing for a tournament opener against Ireland on February 7. And they arrived in Wales' camp this week on the back of two impressive Blues victories over their Guinness PRO14 rivals the Scarlets, when fly-half Evans, in particular, underlined his quality. Evans, 24, made his Wales debut in 2018 and was involved in three of last season's Six Nations games, but one of Adams' most vivid memories of him came after Evans was among a Blues group brought in to train against Wales. "Luckily, I am on his team, so I don't often have to defend against him," Adams said. "But I can remember, when Jarrod wasn't in the Welsh squad at the time and it could have been my first or second Six Nations campaign.
