There was heartbreak for Scarlets and Ospreys in round eight of the Guinness PRO14, but who will see an upturn in form over the festive period?

Ospreys still only have one win this season, when they edged out Benetton Rugby in round three, and languish in sixth in Conference A.

Despite their visitors picking up three yellow cards, Ospreys could not ground out the result as Cardiff Blues recorded their first victory in Swansea since 2005.

While Scarlets will be looking to bounce back after a last-gasp drop goal against Dragons cost them victory last time out.

Both teams will be fighting hard to recover from their losses and secure a derby day victory.
