**Guinness PRO14 Rainbow Cup clubs are continuing to strengthen their squads as they prepare for the 2021/22 campaign.** Here, we take a look at some of the stories which have occurred over the past seven days. **Williams commits to Cardiff** Tomos Williams is the latest player to commit his long-term future to Cardiff. The scrum-half was out of contract this summer but has joined Jarrod Evans, Owen Lane and Willis Halaholo in putting pen to paper on new terms at the Arms Park. Wales international Williams has made 102 appearances for the Blues and enjoyed working with Dai Young, who returned in January after a previous successful stint in the capital. “I’m really happy to agree this new contract and continue my stay at Cardiff with a lot of boys who I have come through with,” the 26-year-old said. “We have a lot of exciting talent and a lot of potential moving forward, especially with Dai back in charge and Matt Sherratt also coming back.”
