**As Round 6 of the Guinness PRO14 season draws ever closer, Leinster, Munster and Ulster are all looking to extend their unbeaten starts, and ultimately strengthen their bids for the 2020/21 title.** The latter of the three - runners-up in the last campaign - travel to Zebre in the earliest of three Monday Night Rugby fixtures, with Dan McFarland’s charges hoping to keep up the pressure on Conference A leaders Leinster. We start Friday’s Media Watch in Belfast, where 24-year-old prop [Eric O’Sullivan has been reflecting on his 50th appearance for **Ulster,**](https://www.ulsterrugby.com/2020/11/its-the-good-team-performances-we-remember-eric-osullivan/) which was capped perfectly with a 40-15 win against Glasgow Warriors last time out. He said: “It was great to get the win and have a good performance on top of making my 50th appearance. For me, it’s the good team performances we remember - it’s not about the individual achievements, so I was happy to get a good win. “Once you’re in and playing, you’re happy as long as you feel like you are doing well. I’m trying to improve - I don’t spend too long thinking about it - I just focus on the week-to-week. “We are not going to be able to take anything for granted in Parma. You saw them against the Scarlets, if you don’t get things right against them, they are very capable of putting scores past teams.” While Ulster have impressed so far, old foes **Leinster** remain the pace-setters having claimed five bonus-point wins from five that leaves them two points clear at the top of Conference A. Despite having lost just one Guinness PRO14 game on their own patch since April 2018, [scrum coach Robin McBryde admits the Dubliners learnt the harsh lessons of their European Champions Cup quarter-final defeat to Saracens last season.](https://www.independent.ie/sport/rugby/leinster-rugby/weve-all-learnt-lessons-from-the-saracens-game-leinster-coach-says-his-side-have-fixed-their-set-piece-39737702.html) Having worked relentlessly on their set-piece since, the former Wales international is confident they are even better equipped to produce Championship success this year. “We all learnt quite a few lessons from that game. Myself included, with regard to the messaging in that game,” he said. “We’ve taken that on board and, in fairness, we’ve tweaked the odd thing regarding our own scrum. “We’d been playing around with a certain style of scrummaging, with the back five coming off their knees anyway, we’ve adopted that since then. We’ve gone with it and it’s put us in a better place.”
