How to get to Croke Park
Croke Park is located on the northside of Dublin and is framed by Jones Road, Clonliffe Road, St. Josephs Avenue and the Royal Canal. Please allow plenty of time to get to the stadium as there will be rush hour traffic. For full entrance information, please check the Croke Park website.
Please be aware that road closures will be in place around the stadium from 17:30 on Friday evening. We strongly recommend leaving extra time for your journey and using public transport where possible.
By car
From the city centre: the stadium is approximately 5 minutes drive from O’Connell Street in the city centre.
From the airport: journey times can vary significantly – during Friday rush hour, please allow up to an hour.
There is very little street parking near the stadium, so it is advised to use alternative methods of transport where possible. The nearest multi-storey car park is in the City Centre.
By foot
Croke Park is walking distance from City Centre (~30 minutes). You can plan your journey using the TFI Journey Planner.
By DART
Good news for fans travelling by public transport – additional DART services will be running on Friday evening to help get supporters to and from the game. The nearest DART station to Croke Park is Clontarf Road, approximately a 15 minute walk from the stadium.
Food & drink at Croke Park
Food and beverage units are available throughout the stadium. Allergen lists are available at all kiosks; vegan options are also available.
You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks into the stadium. Beverages must be in sealed plastic bottles of 500ml or less; reusable bottles must be empty on arrival (water fountains are available throughout).
Accessibility
Wheelchair viewing areas and accessible toilets are on Level 4 of the Cusack and Davin Stands. The area is sheltered and has bars and food nearby. You can get there by lift or ramp. Accessible toilets are also found throughout the stadium.
Prohibited items
As per Croke Park Ground Regulations, spectators should note that the bringing of alcohol, fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, bottles, glasses, cans, flags, banners, poles, distress signals, laser pointers, large umbrellas, selfie sticks and other similar articles or containers, including anything which could or might be used as a weapon, is strictly prohibited.
