What is URC Loyalty?
Loyalty is an optional part of your Front Row membership for fans aged 18 and over. Opt in to earn points for taking part through the season, climb four tiers, collect badges and compete on the leaderboard. -
How is Loyalty different from Front Row?
Front Row is your free URC membership. Loyalty is an extra you can choose to join on top of it, where your activity earns points and tier status. -
Who can join Loyalty?
Front Row members aged 18 or over. You'll confirm this when you accept the Loyalty terms. -
Do I have to Pay to be a member?
No. It's free to join. -
What happens if I leave Loyalty?
Your points and tier are removed, as set out in the Loyalty T&Cs. Your Front Row membership isn't affected.

How do I earn points?
By making predictions, voting, answering polls and completing matchweek activity. -
Do points have a cash value?
No. Points have no monetary value and can't be exchanged for cash, goods or prizes. -
Do my points reset?
Season points reset to zero at the start of each season. Career points never reset. -

How many tiers are there?
Four: Starter, Captain, Elite and Legend. -
How do I move up?
Earn enough season points to reach the next tier: 1,000 for Captain, 6,000 for Elite and 12,000 for Legend. -
What happens at the end of the season?
Your season points reset to zero and you keep the tier you finished the season on. Your career points carry on. -
What happens if I leave?
Your tier is removed along with your points and badges, as set out in the Loyalty T&Cs.
