Are you a young woman aged 18-26 years who wants to be involved in the sports sector? Do you have a passion for sports but don’t know what career options are available to you? The URC Women’s Leadership Academy will empower you to take your career goals to the next level.Through this online programme, you will find out what the opportunities are for women in the sports sector, meet inspirational leaders in the field, and develop skills to boost your CV – ultimately, we want to empower you to take your first steps into the world of sport.We will be welcoming 50 women from across the world to join the second cohort of the URC WLA.

All participants will take part in a virtual graduation ceremony at the end of the programme, and ONE lucky individual will also be selected as our MVP (Most Valuable Player). The MVP will be offered work experience at the URC Grand Final in June 2025 and a short internship programme in the sports sector.
